Shipping
We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of order being placed. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office or Federal Express. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

*Shipping is a $15 fee to any of the 48 continental states and excludes any orders shipped internationally or to Hawaii and Alaska.

Cards Accepted as Payments:
We accept the following cards as payments: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Please call us to place an order and your information will be safely entered via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Exchanges & Returns:
Gigi’s Children’s Boutique strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.

If you are not completely satisfied with your non-custom item, you may exchange it or receive store credit within 7 days from the date received. Exchanged items must be unused, in their original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must be attached. Upon receipt of your approved return, Gigi’s Children’s Boutique will either issue a store credit or ship the item you selected in exchange.

Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Florida address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
